The Klarstein St. Moritz met all my expectations. I bought it mainly because I was looking for a nice decorative element for a small alcove in the living room. The old paper lamp had turned yellow from the sun. Now, my small fireplace (nightstand size) decorates the space in a vintage style. Our decor is modern, but the St. Moritz fits visually very well. The iron and Monchhichi grandma from the past highlight the vintage look. I think the white letters in the modern KLARSTEIN font are less suitable, so I’ll cover them with a brass-colored old font logo. Now, the firelight flickers comfortably every night and looks very realistic. We’re also happy with the heating output, but we rarely use that function since we have a gas heater, using it only for “extra heat.” I’d recommend the Klarstein St. Moritz to those looking for a small, beautiful focal piece for daytime vintage looks and cozy evenings.

We’re preparing an attic in our house and wanted to build an open room with a heater, but not just any small accessory. We decided on this one because it provides a fireplace effect, like glowing embers. It’s very pretty, small enough to fit in a corner, and warms up the space. If you want to use the fan, it makes some noise, but if you just want to heat without the fan, it’s silent. You only need to assemble the legs; the rest is already assembled. As mentioned, you can adjust the heat with or without the fan, and also adjust the brightness of the “embers.” Since we only have one power outlet upstairs and we’ve plugged in the heater there, we like the warmth it provides.

However, due to high electricity costs, I’ll only use the heating feature during transitional periods. I highly recommend this fireplace.

As a heater, it’s very good. It’s quite hot, has 2 power settings, and doesn’t make too much noise. The flame effect looks very cool, and you can have just the visual effect without the heat, which looks neat. The aesthetics are very nice. As others have mentioned, there’s an issue with the screws. I recommend buying some shorter screws because the ones provided are too long, and when you get to the part where you screw in the legs, they don’t secure well (some even loosen), and since they are plastic, they might break. Once the legs were replaced with shorter screws, it was perfect. The legs are secured well, and the heater is great.
